Pin & Tonic: A restorative evening with Wei Wellness

Curious about acupuncture but feeling overwhelmed? Want to reduce stress and boost your well-being? Join us for a restorative evening with Emma McCune, owner and founder of Wei Wellness. Emma is a nationally board-certified Acupuncturist, a trained Chinese Medical Herbalist and a Functional Medicine Practitioner.

We’ll begin the evening with some refreshing gin & tonics (or tea for those interested in mocktails), some nibbles and a little time to mingle. Emma will guide us through a brief overview of Chinese Medicine, and a breakdown of Chinese acupuncture. She’ll discuss the myriad of health benefits that can be unlocked through stimulating specific points along the body's meridians, promoting relaxation, pain relief, hormonal/ anxiety regulation and improved overall well-being.

Following a 20-30 minute discussion, Emma will transition to the acupuncture/ acupressure portion of the evening. Each attendee with have a chance to receive up to 9 acupuncture needles (two to four needle patterns on areas that may include the feet, hands and forehead) and 4 acupressure ear seeds (two on each ear).

Did you know that the World Health Organization says that acupuncture can help with chemo side effects, stress, ptsd, hormonal regulation, constipation and more?

Workshop limited to 10 attendees. Guests should come prepared to take their shoes off. **This workshop will take place at The Wei Wellness which is located in the Eastlake neighborhood of Seattle.
